When you submit the enquiry form, or contact us by email or phone, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the property address or area, the number of bedrooms, and any details you choose to include about your current letting situation.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

We use your details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and prepare a property income projection for you. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form. Where we go on to work together, we rely on the performance of our contract with you.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list or sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiries arrive in our business email inbox and are also recorded in a Google Sheet used to track and follow up enquiries. Both are hosted by Google Workspace, which acts as a processor on our behalf and may store data on servers inside and outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. Access is limited to KTG Property Solutions Ltd personnel who need it to respond to you.

If we do not go on to work together, we delete your enquiry from our inbox and enquiry sheet within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the relationship lasts and for six years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
